Vermaland buys more South Eloy acreage, increasing their position as the commercial real estate leader in the ‘Golden Corridor’.

Vermaland, the same Arizona landowner that offered Tesla Motors Inc. a free 1,000-acre site in Eloy to build its $4 billion battery factory, has purchased more South Eloy acreage this month. The red outline below shows the NEW acreage purchased right beside the land Vermaland purchased earlier this year (outlined in green).
